How to Fetch a review (SMS/Email)

Login to your Fetch account

Click Fetch a Review. A pop up will appear

Select how to Fetch a review, SMS, Email or SMS & Email

Type the client's name into the Send to field. If you have fetched a review from the client before, their name can be found in the drop down that appears.

Type the client’s phone number in to the Phone Number if it’s the first time fetching a review

Click FETCH button
