Step 1 - Importing CSV
Navigate to Client management
Click the Actions drop down at top right of screen
Select Import Clients from the menu
Click Choose File and navigate to and select your saved CSV file
Click Start Import to add your clients
Step 2 - Correct Formatting
The CSV file must have the correct format. To access an example CSV:
Click the Actions drop down at top right of screen
Select View Example CSV. An example CSV will be automatically downloaded.
